R2 Logistics, Inc., a Third Party Logistics service provider, today announced its Customer Service Advisory Board met on April 21, 2015 for the first of their biannual meetings in 2015. Attending the meeting was a board member from each R2 office. These members included: Jim Roche (Charlotte, NC), Brian Woolum (Columbus, OH), Sam Hewitt (Dallas, TX), Greg Foley (Denver, CO), Joe Wilson (Detroit, MI), Jeff Schroeder (Headquarters), Shawn Wanner (Jacksonville, FL), Chris Narusas (Nashville, TN) and Derek Hirsch (Phoenix, AZ). Also in attendance were CEO, Ben Gase and Vice President of Operations, Matt Elsass.
Members at the meeting reported the customer service levels from their branch and topics that included: their top five customers, office strengths, areas for improvement and solutions to these areas. Collectively the board also discussed new service ideas to enhance the customer service experience at R2 Logistics.
