R2 Logistics, Inc., a Third Party Logistics service provider, today announced it has opened an operating branch near Los Angeles, California at 4200 Concours Street, Ontario, California. The Los Angeles office marks the ninth cold-start operations office for the company, and it’s second in 2015.
Sam Hewitt, formerly a Transportations Sales Rep at R2 Logistics’ Dallas branch, was promoted to the Branch Manager of the Los Angeles operations. His Assistant Manager, Sam Marsh, was also promoted from his position in Transportation Sales at R2 Logistics’ Detroit branch.
“We are very pleased to be opening our ninth operating branch in Ontario, California,” said R2 Logistics Founder and CEO, Ben Gase. “We are also excited that we again have found talent from within to manage our new office. This location will make us that much more competitive on the western part of the country. We will continue to add offices up and down the west coast over the next few years.”
